or experience necessary.
About This Month's Event
This evening will be devoted to healing, awakening, and celebrating
our bodies' energy centers (chakras). Together, we'll explore the
ways in which our chakra system affects and is effected by our experiences
with love, life, and spirit.
Through
meditation, visualization, movement, creative play, music, breathing,
personal exploration, and group interaction, we'll deeply connect
with our own chakras as well as each others' – honoring them
as the energetic expressions of our root/sexual ground, balance, power,
love, truth, insight, and spiritual connection.
Join
us for this fun and playful evening. We look forward to seeing you
