This Month's Event
This month, we explored the Tantric approach to embracing and healing
the shadows that arise in ourselves and in relationship with others
– including sexual fears and wounds, emotional pain and armoring,
numbness, resistances, and other negative attitudes or patterns that
block our ability to deepen into intimacy.
Together,
we practiced conscious communication, presence, and awareness; created
a safe, sacred space for opening to intimacy; and learned proven and
powerful techniques to heal, transform, and empower emotional recovery
and sexual wholeness.
