About
Sacred Circles
Inspired
by the monthly Sacred Saturdays
in Santa Cruz, Sacred Circles offer a unique and intimate
evening gathering devoted to intimate connection, conscious communication,
and community celebration. Drawing from a variety of traditions, such
as Tantra, meditation, yoga, Sufism, Buddhism, Native American, dance,
chant, and other paths, often you will participate in a Tantric Puja
(sacred ritual) that involve movement, music, breath practice, energy
work, dance, chant, guided visualization, communication practices,
and other ways to honor and celebrate our hearts, our bodies, and
spirit. Practices
and rituals may be done alone, with a partner, or as part of the whole
group. We strive to create an environment that is safe, respectful,
and comfortable for those coming alone or as a couple, those coming
for the first time, and those who want to build an ongoing community
of people devoted to cultivating sacredness and joy in life.

Your Host
Michael
Pooley is co-founder of The Art of Ecstatic Love™ and
a Certified SkyDancing Tantra Teacher™. He offers fun, practical
workshops and classes, tantric pujas and events, and private sessions
focused on cultivating ecstatic awakening and conscious relationship,
sexual healing and sacred sexuality, and expanding men's and women's
orgasmic potential. Michael's work weaves together decades of study
and exploration of Tantra, yoga, meditation, breath, psychology, dance
& movement, bodywork, music, self discovery, and the creative
process. His teachings and insights are a direct transmission of his
passion for and experience with applying Tantra in the bedroom, living
room, and board room. In addition to his "day job" as a
professional writer and Silicon Valley marketing consultant, Michael
is a poet and songwriter and has been studying and practicing Tantra,
work as a spiritual path, and creative problem solving for most of
his adult life.
Michael is licensed and empowered by Margot Anand (world-renowned
Tantra master and best-selling author) to facilitate her SkyDancing
Tantra® methods and techniques for healing and transformation.
