About This Month's Event
This was a lovely evening filled with movement, play, conscious and
respectful touch, and sensory delight. Through group activities, one-on-one
connection, and individual experience, we explored and immersed ourselves
in the sacred art of touch.
Sacred
touch can be experienced and expressed in so many forms – healing,
loving, delicate, strong, gentle, ecstatic, soothing, stimulating,
active, passive, clinical, therapeutic, shamanic… and more!
Together,
we explored different kinds of touch and the many ways in which we
give and receive sacred touch. We practiced the art of consciously
choosing what kind of touch we want to receive, and how to ask for
that in a loving, positive way.
This
Puja was a safe and gentle experience with respect for and emphasis
on everyone's boundaries and needs.
