or experience necessary.
About This Month's Event
Join us for this very special Saturday evening Puja (sacred ritual)
devoted to honoring, healing, and empowering our sexual wholeness.
Together,
we'll explore the Tantric approach to awakening to our ecstatic potential.
Through breath, meditation, energy work, movement, and dialogue, we'll
look at how to identify, embrace, and transform the resistances, fears,
and negative attitudes or patterns that block our ability to experience
pleasure and joy.
This
3-hour Puja will offer a safe, respectful, and gentle experience with
emphasis and reverence for everyone's boundaries and needs.
This
evening will be a preview of the work we'll explore at our two-day
intensive, Healing
and Honoring Your Sexuality: A Tantric Approach to Health, Intimacy,
and Wholeness, held Saturday, Nov. 8th - Sunday, Nov. 9th
at the Land of Medicine Buddha Retreat Center in Soquel, CA.
