or experience necessary.
About This Month's Event
This was an evening devoted to exploring and celebrating the dynamic
relationship between the feminine (Yin) and masculine (Yang) aspects
of our selves and others.
Through
dance, movement, breath, partner interaction, and energy work, we
interacted and connected with each other from a place of appreciation
and heart. We looked at how and where our inner feminine and inner
masculine show up (or not) in love, life, and spirit. We gave our
feminine and masculine polarities equal time to express themselves,
learning how to create a greater sense of balance and harmony in our
lives. Plus, we celebrated the art of giving (Yang) and receiving
(Yin) and honored the sacred union of Shiva (masculine consciousness)
and Shakti (feminine energy).
