This Month's Event
Tantrikas Valerie Keim and William Annett facilitated an exquisite
evening dedicated to awakening the body ecstatic, cultivating mindfulness,
and opening the heart. The evening's focus was on having fun, celebrating
spirit, and connecting with yourself and others from a place of respect
and joy. Activities included Sufi dancing, drumming and movement,
guided meditations, Tantric breathing and rituals, personal exploration,
group interaction… and whatever else emerged in the moment.
(Note:
This weekend, Marilynne and Michael were in Yosemite celebrating their
4th Anniversary. We are very grateful and excited about our guest
hosts, Bill and Val. They are wonderful people -- warm, loving, playful...
totally tantric! We missed you all, and most definitely missed experiencing
the fabulous evening Bill and Val facilitated.)
