or experience necessary.
About This Month's Event
We devoted this evening to healing, awakening, and celebrating our
bodies' energy centers (chakras). Together, we explored the ways in
which our chakra system affects and is effected by our experiences
with love, life, and spirit.
Through
active and passive meditation, dance, movement, creative play, music,
breathing, personal exploration, and group interaction, we deeply
connected with our own chakras and each others' - honoring them as
the energetic expressions of our sexual ground, balance, power, love,
truth, insight, and spiritual connection.
