This Special New Years Day Celebration
Weaving together various spiritual, musical, and heart-based traditions,
Marilynne Chöphel & Michael Pooley, Jennifer Berezan, Arthur
Hull, and other guests will facilitate a special New Year celebration
devoted to personal and spiritual harmony, healing of the earth, and
world peace. The evening will feature a sacred Puja (tantric ritual)
as well as group participation and exploration of the healing ecstasy
of sound, conscious communication and connection, devotional chanting,
drums and ecstatic dance, sacred movement, and energetic awakening.
Together,
we'll celebrate the new year through sacred rituals and practices
to connect deeply with our selves and others, expand our personal
and social awareness, and awaken our potential for transformation
in each moment. We will tone, chant, sing, and play with sound and
rhythm as a path to healing, joy, and wisdom. No musical experience
necessary. Feel free to bring sacred objects for our altar, as well
as drums, rattles, etc... and of course, your open heart and mind.

About Jennifer Berezan
Jennifer Berezan is a multifaceted, award-winning singer/songwriter,
teacher, producer, and ritualist with a lifelong passion for ancient
sacred music, healing, and Goddess Spirituality. She has nurtured
a loyal international following for her songs of profound depth that
tackle contemporary issues with insight and striking melodies. Her
most recent projects, Praises for the World and Returning,
create an extraordinary healing and celebratory musical landscape
of devotional and ecstatic chants – featuring many world-renowned
singers, musicians, and poets. She travels extensively throughout
North America and Europe, performing, leading tours and teaching classes

travels to India to pick out sensual fabrics and creates flowing designs
for tantra pujas and sensual ceremonies. Her inventory includes kimonos,
elastic pants, vests, sarongs, decorative belts, see-through wraps,
goddess outfits, bellydance costumes and sensual sheet and pillowcase
sets. Come by early and get decked out in true tantric fashion for
the evening celebration.
