or experience necessary.
About This Month's Event
During this gathering, we honored and celebrated our bodies as sacred
temples, exploring and experiencing the many physical, energetic,
and emotional aspects of what it's like to be alive in our bodies.
This
joy-filled and respectful evening Puja was devoted to awakening our
ecstatic potential through the windows of our senses; rejoicing in
the movement of our bodies; exploring and healing negative body/self
images; and connecting and learning via story telling, sharing, and
receiving.
Throughout
the evening, we participated in group connection and interactive dialogue;
moved our bodies in playful celebration, and deepened our awareness
via meditation and visualization. We completed the Puja with a Tantric
empowerment practice devoted to healing, honoring, and celebrating
our wholeness.
