Dynamic
Meditation
Dynamic Meditation is the popular morning meditation for the modern
man and woman, including deep rapid breathing and catharsis. It's
a powerful way to kick-start your day. It is best to have an empty
stomach and wear loose comfortable clothing. This revolutionary meditation
technique is designed to use intense physical activity to cleanse
the body and clear the mind and leave you relaxed aware and open.
It helps you to break through negative emotions and patterns by releasing
the tremendous amounts of energy that are locked up in them. Opening
the way to a new vitality and an experience of profound silence.
This is a meditation in which you have to be continuously
alert, conscious, and aware. Whatsoever you do, remain a witness.
Osho
Kundalini
Meditation
Kundalini
Meditation is one of Osho's most popular and potent meditations techniques.
It involves shaking, dancing, sitting silently, and relaxing. Known
as the sister
meditation
to Dynamic, Kundalini Meditation
is traditionally done in the afternoon to let go of the accumulated
stress of the day. It
acts like an energetic shower, offering
a gentle yet effective way to open
yourself to more flowing energy and leaving
you refreshed and mellow.
When
I say shake, I mean your solidity, your rock-like being should shake
to the very foundations so that it becomes liquid, fluid, melts, flows.
And when the rock-like being becomes liquid, your body will follow.
Then there is no shake, only shaking. Then nobody is doing it; it
is simply happening. Then the doer is not.

Chakra
Breathing Meditation
This
meditation can help you to become aware of and experience each of
the seven chakras. It is active and uses deep rapid breathing and
body movement, accompanied by musical sounds, to open and bring awareness
and vitality to the chakras.
Each
chakra has its own form, its own music, its own taste, its own smell.
The deeper you move inside yourself, the more you find the whole world,
because if it is not within you, you cannot see it without either.
Something is needed to correspond.

Chakra
Sounds Meditation
Chakra
Sounds Meditation is a gentle way to activate and harmonize the energy
centers of the body, working with the vibrations of musical sound
and your own vocal sounds.Vocal sounds made by the meditator open
and harmonize the chakras while bringing awareness to them. Chakra
Sounds Meditation can bring you into deep, peaceful, inner silence
either through making your own vocal sounds or by just listening to
the music and feeling the sounds within you. The music was recorded
during a live performance of muscians and singers working very closely
with the makers of the meditation. In this way, the music not only
uses the exact sounds which will activate each chakra, but also musically
illistrates the character of each individual center. The meditator
is advised to sing along and harmonize with the music. Singing "aw"
(to rhyme with the English word "jaw") will help the sound
to vibrate inside the body and increase the effect of the meditation.

Nadabrahma
Meditation
Nadabrahma Meditation
is based on an ancient Tibetan technique. Done sitting and with eyes
closed, this method uses humming and hand movements to create an inner
balance and stillness, a harmony between mind and body. In this state,
it is easy to slip out of both and just become a witness.
When
you chant a sound your body starts vibrating; your brain cells particularly
start vibrating. If rightly done youe whole brain becomes tremendously
vibrant, and the whole body also. Once the body starts vibrating and
your mind is already chanting, they both fall in a tune. A harmony
- which is ordinarily never there - between the two. When body and
mind are both together, you are free from the body and the mind -
then the third element, which you are in reality - call it soul, spirit,
'atma',, anything - that third element is at ease because it is not
being pulled in different directions. The body and mind are so much
engrossed in chanting that the soul can slip out of them very easily,
unobserved, and can become a witness - and can stand out and look
at the whole game that is going on between the mind and the body.
They become drunk with chanting, and you slip out.

Nataraj
Meditation
Nataraj
Meditation is a method that uses dance as a total meditation. There
are three stages, lasting a total of 65 minutes. This is a meditation
in which you must disappear completely into the dance... dancing so
deeply that you forget you are the dancer; letting go of the ego;
until you simply become the dance. Afterwards, you will feel fresh,
young. But it is not meditation yet. The dancer must go, until only
the dance remains.
Let the dance flow in its own way; don't force it. Rather,
follow it; allow it to happen. It is not a doing but a happening.
Remain in the mood of festivity. You are not doing something very
serious; you are just playing, playing with your life energy, playing
with your bioenergy, allowing it to move in its own way. Just like
the wind blows and the river flows - you are flowing and blowing.
Feel it. And be playful. Remember this word "playful" always
- with me, it is very basic. In this country we call creation God's
leela - God's play. God has not created the world; it is his play.

Gourishankar
Meditation
Gourishankar
Meditation is a powerful centering technique that works on the third
eye. This
one-hour nighttime meditation consists
of four stages of fifteen minutes each, including
a breathing technique, gazing softly at a light, and gentle body movements.
The first two
stages are preparation for the spontaneous "Latihan" of
the third stage. If the breathing is done correctly in the first stage,
the carbon dioxide formed in the bloodstream will make you feel as
high as Gourishankar (Mt. Everest).
Gourishankar
(Mt Everest) represents the highest peak of consciousness. This meditation
opens to that space, a space beyond the mind. When you stop thinking
for the first time, then the wildness of existence opens its doors,
then the unknown opens itself to you.
Osho.
Mandala
Meditation
Mandala means
circle. Every circle contains a center. The aim of this technique
is to create a circle of energy so that centering results naturally.
At the end, one is left in absolute stillness, absolute silence.
The mind is a mandala, a circle. If you watch, you become
aware of the vicious circle of the mind. Again and again it brings
the same emotions the same anger, the same hatred, the same
greed, the same ego. And you are just a victim. Becoming aware of
the mind, you break the circle, you are no more identified with the
mind. Osho

Dimensions
This is a powerful
method for centering one's energy in the Hara the area just
below the navel. It is based on a Sufi technique of movements for
awareness and integration of the body. Because it is a Sufi meditation,
it is free and non-serious. This one-hour meditation has three stages.
During the first two stages the eyes are open but not focused on anything.
During the third stage the eyes are closed. The music, created especially
for this meditation, begins slowly and gradually becomes faster and
faster as an uplifting force.
Whirling
Meditation
Sufi
whirling is one of the most ancient techniques, one of the most forceful.
It is so deep that even a single experience can make you totally different.
Whirl with open eyes, just like small children go on twirling, as
if your inner being has become a center and your whole body has become
a wheel, moving, a potters wheel, moving. You are in the center,
but the whole body is moving.

Giberish
& Let Go
A method of release
using sound and body movement, Gibberish has been described by Osho
as one of the most scientific ways to clean your mind.
It is followed by a guided relaxation into a state of complete let-go.
The
Art of Listening
The Osho audio
talks are keys to understanding silence. For the first time in history,
talking is used to provide an experience of listening, not to gain
knowledge but to directly experience ones own center of stillness,
silence and relaxed awareness.
